Do not decline showings- Summer is a time when many people travel or have kids at home during the day. Those are not excuses to decline showings. Make arrangements for a neighbor or friend to keep your home show ready if you are gone and have a plan in place to get you and the kids out of the house for a last minute showing.
Price it right- If you are serious about selling, the next three months are your best shot. Put a realistic price on the home now and get it sold while the market, and the weather, are not.
